1. Scope of Services

We provide mobile and mail-in Apostille Courier services and Notary Public services for documents originating in California. While we strive to ensure timely and accurate processing, we are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by government agencies, mail carriers, or client error.

2. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the documents submitted are accurate, complete, and eligible for apostille.

  • Indicating the country where the document will be used.

  • Providing a prepaid return shipping label for all mailed documents.

  • Having valid identification for any notarial acts.

Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in delays or rejection by the Secretary of State, which are outside of our control.

3. Processing Times

Standard processing typically takes 5–7 business days upon receipt of the complete documentation. Expedited processing may be available for an additional fee. Please note: We cannot guarantee delivery dates once documents are submitted to third-party agencies.

4. Payments

All services must be paid in full before processing begins. We accept PayPal, Zelle, and all major credit cards.


Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no refund policy. All sales are final.
Please make sure you are certain of your need for apostille or notary services before making payment. Due to the nature of our work and the immediate allocation of funds to service preparation, marketing, administrative, and transaction fees, we are unable to provide refunds under any circumstance.
